 INTRODUCTION

Habitat for Humanity Côte d’Ivoire is planning to brand and design its new office space to maximize on the existing space as well as create ‘HOT DESKS’ suitable for its staff.

Habitat Côte d’Ivoire intends to hire an Architectural firm/interior designer under service contract modality to develop the design and layout of the office including branding of the premise as required.

Special Terms and Conditions

1. Habitat Côte d’Ivoire reserves the right to withdraw this request for quotations without any prior notice.
2. Habitat Côte d’Ivoire will constitute a steering committee that will select the winning vendor based on the selection criteria specified in this scope of work.
3. Habitat Côte d’Ivoire reserves the right to terminate the contract due to poor performance/reluctance/ poor communication/ or other performance related reasons.
4. All reusable materials remain the property of Habitat Côte d’Ivoire and to be disposed at its sole discretion.

Miscellaneous

Minimum Eligibility criteria for Firm:

• The firm must have valid Business License
• The firm must have at-least 3 years of experience in similar exercise
• The firm must have at-least 5 Assignments in the Office premise design and branding

Minimum Eligibility criteria for Team Leader

• Academic Qualification – The team leader must be BSc. Engineer/ Architect from Reputed University
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Internal Decoration and Civil engineering
• At-least 3 years working experience leading comparable work for international organizations, private sector, UN/UN agencies, or other reputed corporate offices etc.

Evaluation and Award Criteria:

The work will be awarded to the highest scorer in cumulative analysis considering technical and financial evaluation. The maximum score for technical proposal is 70% while financial proposal will score a maximum score of 30%. Any firm whose score is less than 50% in technical evaluation, the financial proposal of the firm shall not be considered for financial evaluation

Selection: Selection will be based on evaluation of previous work, qualified key personnel, realistic work plan, creativity in design and space utilization, timeline for carrying out the work, and financial proposal. The team Leaders of the technically qualified firm will be called for a short interview where s/he will share the concept how would they do the work, their resource availability, past experience, work plan etc.

Submission of quotations and Expression of Interest

Final Submissions of Quotations should be received via email on hfhci@habitatci.org not later than 7th July 2025 . Evaluations will be done on a rolling basis.
